Unified Martial Art Academy’s Chief Instructor, Sif Dwight Woods is a native of Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies, but grew up on the neighboring island of Barbados - is a martial artist who has over 40 years of experience, 30+ of which have been dedicated to the study and practice of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do.
NOTE: This entrie series was complemetly created on an iPhone 10. The audio, the editing, and photography for the "videos", which was done with a series of black+white portrait mode stills composed in iMovie.
